Reimbursement

Unused and unactivated digital products are eligible for a change-of-mind refund within 7 calendar days from the time they are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Verified product issues that cannot be resolved by support are eligible for a refund or replacement at any time and are not subject to the 7-day limit.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
