Refund policy
Refund and return requests can be made within 7 days after the product is received. Please contact support with your order number and the reason for the request.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible. The store does not charge refund fees.
Digital product review
Because software products are delivered digitally, refund requests may require review of delivery status, product access, activation or setup progress, and support history.
